Debra enjoys working on projects of all sizes, from a one hour colour consultation to full-on interior decorating installations for residences or commercial spaces.
The services Debra offers are described more specifically as follows:
Architectural Colour and Interior Decorating Consultation that will include getting to know your colour and/or room style preferences; determining your colour and/or decorating/home staging goals; touring the room(s) or exteriors that need colour, offering colour inspiration and direction and narrowing down colour palette and decorating options for you to choose from.
A follow-up written report listing colour palette and decorating ideas as discussed will be emailed (or delivered) within two business days or less depending upon the scope of the consultation, making it easy for you to focus on direction and implementation of what was discussed.
Fees for Debra's colour and decor on-site consultation are billed at her hourly rate.
"Do It Yourself
Fees for this package are based upon the size of the property to be staged and will be discussed prior to the Consultation
Further and final on-site home staging and interior/exterior styling by Debra prior to the virtual tour photography or the first Open House is available and recommended and is billed at her professional hourly rate.
Premium Home Staging Package with or without rental furniture. In this package, Debra facilitates all processes involved in having the property professionally staged and made "open house ready".
Debra will be pleased to provide the client with an estimate based upon a preliminary visit to the property to determine the size of the property and scope of work involved.
